We help people and businesses across Lancashire and Greater Manchester (and beyond) with the legal matters that shape their lives. Buying a home, protecting a family, resolving a dispute, planning for the future, or growing a business.
We have offices in Nelson and Salford, a team of over 40 people and five specialist practice areas: Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Law and Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills and Probate, and Litigation.
Every client gets a dedicated file handler. You will always know who is looking after your case, what it is going to cost and where things stand.
How we work: WE CARE
We built our approach around six behaviours that guide how every person at Farnworth Rose shows up for clients and colleagues. We call them WE CARE.
Welcoming. You will feel at ease from your first call. No cold transfers, no voicemail loops, no talking to someone who cannot help you.
Engaging. We take a genuine interest in your situation. Your case is not just a file number to us.
Compassionate. Legal matters are often stressful and personal. We understand that, and we treat your situation with the care it deserves.
Amiable. We are straightforward, approachable people. You can ask us anything without feeling judged or rushed.
Reassuring. When things take time or get complicated, we explain what is happening and why. No silence, no surprises.
Empathetic. Many of our team have been through similar experiences themselves. We do not just process paperwork. We understand what you are going through.
Our commitments to you
We provide clear, transparent fee estimates before any work begins. If the scope of your matter changes, we tell you before costs do.
We keep you informed throughout your case. Calls, emails, and letters get a timely response.
We communicate problems early and bring you options, not just bad news.
