Bev McCormick - Senior Conveyancer
In January 2025 I joined the firm as a Senior Conveyancer, and I haven’t looked back since! I’ve worked in the world of Conveyancing for over 30 years—and yes, I still love my job! I “retired” briefly last year, but it turns out I wasn’t quite ready to hang up the files just yet. So here I am, back doing what I enjoy most: helping clients through all types of property matters with speed, care, and plenty of experience.
My clients always come first. I work quickly without cutting corners, and my main aim is to make sure you're protected no matter the transaction. I know how daunting any residential transaction can be, I’m always happy to chat through the steps and help you feel confident about the journey ahead. I genuinely enjoy guiding people through the ups and downs of buying or selling a home. My goal is to keep things as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
On a personal level, I have a real love for horses and enjoy spending time looking after them (yes all my time and yes I love all six of them equally!). When I’m not down at the stables, you’ll find me enjoying a bit of pampering—getting my nails and lashes done is my favourite way to unwind… and more importantly, keeps me looking fresh for my clients!
