Dawn Turner, Associate, Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
I am a Paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing team, in 2026 I was named one of Farnworth Rose's first ever Associates. I help things run smoothly so our clients can reach completion day with as little hassle (and stress) as possible. I support our team of Conveyancers across all aspects of residential matters and handle a small caseload of my own, making sure everything flows from start to finish.
I have worked in the legal sector for over 30 years, and I bring that depth of practical experience into everything I do. There is not much in residential conveyancing I have not seen before, and that experience means I can usually spot a problem before it becomes one.
Outside of work, I like to keep active with walks, gym sessions and the occasional early morning swim. I enjoy spending time with friends and I am a big rugby league fan. Match day is always a highlight. Win or lose, we always march on together.
