Rebecca Bruce — Commercial Property Paralegal
I'm a Commercial Property Paralegal at Farnworth Rose, working as an enhanced layer of specialist support for our Commercial Property team.
My role is supporting our Commercial Solicitors across the full lifecycle of a matter: client meetings, AML and source of funds checks, contract and transfer drafting, title investigation, search reviews, dealing with lenders and Land Registry, and supporting completion and post-completion work. I also support the wider firm where commercial knowledge helps.
A lot of commercial property is detail-led, and that suits the way I think. I focus on being thorough, well organised, and easy for both clients and colleagues to work with.
I hold an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Bolton. I'm currently working towards my Masters and the SQE through the University of Law, with the goal of qualifying as a Solicitor. Before joining Farnworth Rose I worked at Co-op Legal Services in Manchester and at Keoghs and Clyde & Co (formerly BLM) in Bolton, gaining experience across probate and litigation. Moving into commercial property is a new challenge I'm enjoying every minute of.
Outside the office, I'm a trained First Aider for the firm. I'm also passionate about reading, experimenting in the kitchen, and (not so secretly) Disney.
