I lead our marketing and business development strategy at Farnworth Rose, working alongside our leadership team to build a scalable, client-focused growth engine that supports the firm's ambitions.
My background is in building and leading marketing and creative teams through sustained high-growth phases. I spent over a decade at the world's largest HubSpot solutions partner, progressing from content writer to Global Head of Marketing, overseeing brand, campaigns, and business development across EMEA, North America, and APAC. That experience taught me how to turn marketing into a measurable commercial function - not just activity, but outcomes.
At Farnworth Rose, I'm applying that systems-thinking to help us do three things well: attract the right clients, deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint, and build the infrastructure that lets us scale without losing what makes us different. I focus on getting the foundations right: positioning, messaging, content strategy, lead generation, and the processes that tie it all together.
I bring an external perspective from outside the legal sector, which helps us challenge assumptions and adopt proven growth practices from other industries. And I'm here because I believe in what this firm stands for: technical excellence, genuine care for clients, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
Outside of work, I’m usually found running round after my kids or trying to enjoy a nice beer watching (whilst wishing I was still playing) cricket.
