Stacey Hardy - Post-Completion Administrator
I work within the Residential Conveyancing department and ensure that property matters are fully handled through to closure after the transaction has completed. My role involves ensuring all post-completion formalities are dealt with in line with the correct policies and procedures.
I’m responsible for steps such as preparing and submitting SDLT returns, dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions, and making sure any outstanding monies and final bills are all settled.
Before I joined Farnworth Rose in 2026, I spent 20 years with Awaze Vacation Rental Group as part of the Owner Retention department.
I enjoy this kind of work because each case is varied and I get lots of satisfaction from making sure every transaction is finalised correctly and efficiently. I also like being part of a supportive team and helping to make sure clients are happy with us right to the very end.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoorsand finding new walks to enjoy… Always with friends and family as we make the most of our weekends together.
