I'm a Wills and Probate Solicitor and Department Team Leader here at Farnworth Rose, helping clients plan for the future with clarity and confidence. My role involves preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, making sure people's wishes are respected and their estates go to the loved ones they intend.
I also support Executors with administering deceased estates, easing the burden during incredibly difficult times.
I believe the best wills work is both meticulous and warm, not one at the expense of the other. A Will that simply records what someone wants isn't enough if it's not drafted precisely enough to be enforced as intended, so I take real care over the detail. But getting that detail right matters more, not less, because of how personal this work is.
Most people come to me at a vulnerable moment, thinking about their own mortality or caring for someone who's lost capacity, and my job is to handle both the legal precision and that emotional weight properly, at the same time, not one after the other.
I began my legal career as a mature student in 2014. I hold a Foundation Degree in Paralegal Studies, an LLB Honours Degree, and a Master of Laws (LLM), and I qualified as a Solicitor in 2024, something I'm incredibly proud of, having balanced my studies with raising a family throughout
I bring a wealth of experience from previous customer-facing roles, which helped shape the approachable, compassionate style I bring to client work today.
