Sophie Wilson earns a Distinction – and gives us a gift in the process

We're incredibly proud of Sophie Wilson, who has just completed her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with a Distinction.

For those who don't know Sophie, she's part of our Legal Support Team and has been quietly getting on with the hard work of both doing her job and studying for her qualification at the same time. That's not easy, and a Distinction is a fantastic result that reflects exactly who she is.

What makes this achievement even more special is what Sophie chose to do with it. For her final project, she created a training handbook for Residential Conveyancing – something that didn't exist when she started. It's now a real tool we use to onboard and support new starters in the team. She didn't just tick a box for her qualification; she made the firm better.

The assessments covered everything from presenting her project to a live examiner, to a portfolio-based interview, to a knowledge test on business management, stakeholders, and organisational procedures. She handled every stage with the kind of dedication that earned her that top grade.
