New Strategic Hire as Part of Planned Growth

We’re pleased to welcome Paul Mortimer as our new Head of Marketing & Business Development, who’ll work across the growing Farnworth Rose group.

His remit is clear: Build a marketing function that’s strategic, measurable and genuinely drives growth. Not marketing for marketing’s sake, but a commercial engine that supports our ambitions while protecting what makes us different: technical excellence, doing the right thing for our clients and delivers service that shows we care.

Paul joins us from a decade of leading marketing and creative teams going through fast growth. Most recently, he worked globally as Head of Marketing for the world’s leading HubSpot partner spanning EMEA, North America and APAC.

He brings systems-thinking, an external perspective and a proven track record.

This hire reflects where we’re heading as a firm. We’re serious about growth, but we’re equally serious about doing it properly: attracting the right clients and delivering exceptional service – whilst building the infrastructure that lets us scale sustainably.
