Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Location: Nelson or Salford (Hybrid working available)

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 annual salary DOE + Company Bonus

The Role in Brief: Experienced Residential Conveyancer owning your own caseload from instruction to completion. Outside of this, you’ll support the firm in growing its client base via the promotion and delivery of an excellent service. There will be opportunity to be involved with business development.

Full Description: Residential Conveyancer

Farnworth Rose are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team in the Nelson head office. We do not just want a fee earner; we want a professional who values autonomy, technical excellence and helping drive a supportive culture.

About The Role

This post is available due to our exciting growth plans. You’ll be part of our Residential Team (10 strong at our Nelson office) and be supported by a growing Legal Support Team.

You will manage a caseload of residential property transactions (Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases). You’ll have the ownership and authority to manage your own clients, delivering the ‘trusted, expert legal services with a personal touch’ that defines Farnworth Rose.

About You

You’re experienced and have a proven track record in handling a range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
