A Warm Welcome to Our Newest Faces: Farnworth Rose Continues to Grow
As we kick off 2026, the energy at our Nelson Head Office is higher than ever. To support our continued growth and our commitment to being the premier supplier of legal expertise for our communities, we are thrilled to introduce four talented new starters who have recently joined the Farnworth Rose team.

Hazel Leonard – Commercial Conveyancer
Hazel joined our Commercial Property Team with a wealth of experience dating back to 1991. Having worked in the private sector, local government, and inhouse positions, she handles everything from Commercial Property Sales and Acquisitions to Landlord and Tenant matters and Development work. Outside of work, Hazel enjoys spending time with her son and training her dogs, as well as attending festivals and live music.
Sandy Johnson – Office Manager
As our Office Manager, Sandy’s one of those key people behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. With previous experience managing offices within law firms, she understands the pace of a busy legal environment and keeps client care at the heart of her role. When she is not in the office, Sandy enjoys monthly music concerts and spending time in her favourite place, Italy.
Mollie Swaine – Paralegal, Wills & Probate
Mollie is a Paralegal in our Wills and Probate Team. After completing her LLB (Hons) in 2023, she gained experience in Family Law before moving into her preferred area of private client work. She now assists clients with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration. Mollie loves travelling to warm climates but is always happy to wrap up for a festive break to Disneyland Paris.
Lauren Hull – Legal Support Administrator
Lauren began her legal career with us in 2025 after completing her A-Levels. She provides administrative support as part of our Legal Support Team, keen to grow her legal career by undertaking a law degree. Her ultimate goal is to become a Family Lawyer. Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys retail therapy and travelling to warmer destinations to enjoy the sunshine.
