Farnworth Rose Solicitors is continuing its ambitious plans to double the size of the business over the next 12 months, supported by investment in operational infrastructure, digital transformation, and people development, alongside long-standing technology partner Osprey Approach.
Established in 2007 and employing more than 40 staff, the North-West firm is undertaking a major operational project designed to support sustainable growth while maintaining service quality, compliance, and employee engagement. The project spans processes, reporting, people development, and data management, with technology acting as the enabler.
The strategy forms part of a longer-term plan to grow regional market share and attract work from further afield. Over the past year, Farnworth Rose has boosted its operational and business development capacity and introduced a new people strategy designed to make the firm an employer of choice.
Central to our current plans is the next phase of our long-standing partnership with Osprey Approach. Having used Osprey’s case management system for almost two decades, we are now moving onto the latest era of the platform to achieve greater clarity, data visibility, and more effective workflow management across the firm.
