It is with great sadness that we are sharing news of the passing of Bev McCormick, the much-loved and greatly respected Senior Conveyancer here at Farnworth Rose, after a short but determined fight with cancer.
In “Conveyancing land” Bev was known for her high client standards, unwavering commitment and unbelievable spirit. She knew how to get her clients’ results and keep them delighted every step of the way. This was shown by the steady stream of flowers, chocolates an.d five-star reviews from happy clients. We have even seen clients who have instructed Bev years ago track her down when they have come to move again.
Beyond her skills as a conveyancer, Bev was a wonderful colleague and friend to everyone she worked with. Proud of her team, she was always supportive and protective, and knew just how to make those around her smile. Her funny stories, often about her own mishaps, meant there was never a dull day with Bev. She was always, and unapologetically, herself.
Despite having retired a few years ago Bev missed working and conveyancing that much that she returned to work and never missed an opportunity to tell everyone how much she enjoyed working.
Besides her beloved horses and dogs, Bev leaves behind a loving husband David, her wider family, and huge network of friends, clients and colleagues past and present, and everyone who worked with her here at Farnworth Rose.
We’ll all now cherish the memories of her so much.
If you would like to leave a donation in Bev’s name, as per her husband’s Facebook post, please do so with any animal charity of your choice.
Please feel free to post kind words to Bev in the comments and we’ll be sure to pass them on to David.
