Helen Boynton
I am a Chartered Legal Executive in the family team. I have been qualified since 1998 and joined Farnworth Rose in 2025.
I represent a broad range of clients including parents, extended family members, and local authorities. My work covers all aspects of family matters, including divorce and financial settlements, as well as complex public law care proceedings, private law children disputes, and applications involving domestic abuse, coercive control, and stalking. I am well known for my meticulous preparation and regularly appear in Family Court at all levels.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out hiking — the Lake District is one of my favourite places. I’m also a bit of a gamer, love going to live gigs, and travelling abroad. But honestly, some of my best times are spent just hanging out with family and friends.
