Mollie Swaine
I am a Paralegal in the Wills and Probate Team at Farnworth Rose, where I assist with a wide range of matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Court & Registry Work, Trusts & Lifetime Planning, and general file management.
I completed my LLB (Hons) in Law in 2023 and began my legal career working in Public Family Law, where I primarily supported parents involved in care-proceedings and pre-proceedings. This role allowed me to gain invaluable experience assisting individuals during some of the most challenging periods of their lives. While I greatly valued this experience, I have always had a strong interest in private client work, particularly within Wills and Probate. After over two years in Family Law, I took the step into my current role as Paralegal within the Wills and Probate Department here at Farnworth Rose. . I take pride in going above and beyond for clients and supporting them with care and understanding throughout their matter.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, particularly over good food (which I think is the best way to bond)! I also love travelling and exploring new places and cultures, especially somewhere warm, being cold is not my favourite! Although, I would never say no to a festive break to Disneyland Paris, even if it means wrapping up in plenty of layers!
