I am a member of the Legal Support Team joining Farnworth Rose in August 2025. My role involves all things admin — from handling new enquiries and setting up client files to issuing and helping clients complete their onboarding paperwork before their case is handed over to the fee-earning team.

I’m a member of the Legal Support Team here at Farnworth Rose Solicitors. My role involves handling all things admin — from dealing with new enquiries and setting up client files to issuing onboarding paperwork. I also support clients in completing their paperwork, making sure everything is in place before their file is passed on to the legal team.

I’m the New Business Manager here at the firm, and usually the first point of contact for new clients. I provide quotes and guide clients through the initial stages of the conveyancing process, explaining the different aspects of all different kinds of residential transactions. I help make what can feel like a daunting step as simple and straightforward as possible.

I’m a Wills and Probate Solicitor here at Farnworth Rose, helping clients plan for the future with clarity and confidence. My role involves preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, making sure people’s wishes are respected and their estates go to the loved ones they intend. I also support Executors with administering deceased estates — easing the burden during incredibly difficult times.

I am a Paralegal in the Civil Litigation team.  This involves working closely with both clients and our solicitors to help move cases forward with both care and precision. My day-to-day responsibilities include drafting letters, preparing court documents, and liaising with clients and third parties — all with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and of course -attention to detail.

I’m a Solicitor in the Civil Litigation team, helping clients navigate all kinds of disputes — whether that means finding a resolution early on or representing them in court. My ultimate goal is to keep the process as smooth as possible for my clients, while making sure they not only feel informed but also supported throughout.

I’m a Paralegal in the Family Law Team, where I assist our solicitors with a variety of matters, including divorce, financial arrangements, and issues involving children. My role involves working closely with clients and third parties to keep cases progressing — and, most importantly, to ensure our clients feel supported throughout the duration of their case.

I am a Solicitor in the Family Law team. I began my legal career in 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in 2022, joining Farnworth Rose in 2025.  I represent a broad range of clients including parents, extended family members, and local authorities. My work covers complex public law care proceedings, private law children disputes, and applications involving domestic abuse, coercive control, and stalking.

I’m a Paralegal in the Commercial Team here at Farnworth Rose. My role is all about supporting our Commercial  Solicitors with a wide range of corporate and lease matters! I also lend a hand (or two) to the Residential Property Department when required. 

I am Solicitor in our Commercial Services Department.  I have worked at the firm since 2017 and started as a conveyancer within the residential department before moving later to the Commercial Property Team.  I handle a wide range of transactions involving commercial property and businesses—no two days are ever quite the same and I would be worried if they were! 

I am a founder and director of Farnworth Rose Solicitors. I qualified as a solicitor in 1981.  After many years gaining experience, I spent 17 years as senior partner at my previous firm. Eventually, I decided to take the leap and establish Farnworth Rose, a journey that has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

I’m the Director of Residential Conveyancing here at Farnworth Rose. My role involves overseeing all areas of compliance within the department, as well as managing our internal systems, processes, and of course- our fantastic conveyancing team! I also focus on business development, working closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and developers up and down the country. 

In January 2025 I joined the firm as a Senior Conveyancer, and I haven’t looked back since! I’ve worked in the world of Conveyancing for over 30 years—and yes, I still love my job! I “retired” briefly last year, but it turns out I wasn’t quite ready to hang up the files just yet. So here I am, back doing what I enjoy most: helping clients through all types of property matters with speed, care, and plenty of experience.

I am a Conveyancer In the Residential Conveyancing Team at Farnworth Rose. I specialise in a range of property transactions—including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. I also deal with Park Home transactions, which is a unique area of conveyancing which I really enjoy working in. I help clients navigate the legal process by reviewing, advising on, and drafting all the necessary documents to ensure they are happy with the service provided on their transaction.

I’m a Conveyancing Assistant in the Residential Conveyancing Team. My role involves supporting our Conveyancers with a wide range of residential transactions, whether it’s chasing updates, speaking with clients, or helping progress files efficiently from start to finish.

I’m a Trainee Conveyancer here in the Residential Conveyancing Team. I handle a small caseload of my own and work closely with two other Conveyancers, helping to keep all kinds of residential property transactions moving smoothly.
