Janine Breare
I am a Senior Conveyancer in the Residential Conveyancing Team at Farnworth Rose. I specialise in a range of property transactions—including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. I help clients navigate the legal process by reviewing, advising on, and drafting all the necessary documents and my end goal is to ensure that my clients are happy with the service provided on their transaction.
I’ve worked in the legal sector for over 20 years, building up plenty of experience along the way, firstly as a secretary and have now been fee earning for 8 years. I have gained a wealth of practical knowledge through hands-on work across the industry—and I bring that experience into everything I do.
Outside of work, I like to keep active with walks and I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to holiday, and absolutely love cruising around the world, and if you haven’t cruised, I fully recommend it.
