My role involves handling all things admin — from dealing with new enquiries and setting up client files to issuing onboarding paperwork. I also support clients in completing their paperwork, making sure everything is in place before their file is passed on to the legal team.

I’m the New Business Manager here at the firm, and usually the first point of contact for new clients. I provide quotes and guide clients through the initial stages of the conveyancing process, explaining the different aspects of all different kinds of residential transactions. I help make what can feel like a daunting step as simple and straightforward as possible.
