Kai Lawton

I am a member of the Legal Support Team joining Farnworth Rose in August 2025. My role involves all things admin — from handling new enquiries and setting up client files to issuing and helping clients complete their onboarding paperwork before their case is handed over to the fee-earning team.

I am currently working towards my Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Although I’m new to the legal world, I’m passionate about learning and making sure clients feel supported right from the start of their journey with us.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen. Cooking and baking are my biggest passions — I love making everything from handmade pasta and dumplings to classic stir-fries and sushi. Whether I’m perfecting a spicy arrabbiata or baking a cake, being in the kitchen is where I feel most creative. Cooking traditional Jamaican dishes is important to me as it helps me connect to my roots (and keeps a smile on my face as I have been fed!).
