I’m the New Business Manager here at the firm, and usually the first point of contact for new clients. I provide quotes and guide clients through the initial stages of the conveyancing process, explaining the different aspects of all different kinds of residential transactions. I help make what can feel like a daunting step as simple and straightforward as possible.

I have over 30 years’ experience in the legal profession, with the majority of that time spent in the property market. I’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry over the years, but one thing that’s never changed is my commitment to delivering great client care from day one. As the saying goes…you never get a second chance to make a first impression. 

Away from the office, I like to stay active with regular gym classes and long walks — but nothing can ever beat or come close to that feeling of heading off on holiday somewhere (not just anywhere- preferably somewhere hot and sunny where I can top up my tan)! I’ve also somehow ended up as the office plant carer… though judging by the current state of the plants, I might need a bit more practice (or swiftly replacing).
