Sophie Holdsworth

I am the Operations Manager at Farnworth Rose. I am responsible for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. My role is all about improving efficiency, streamlining internal processes, collecting and analysing performance data, and supporting the firm in meeting its regulatory requirements — all with the goal of helping the business grow and perform at its best.

I’ve worked in the legal industry for 14 years — each one of these worked right here at Farnworth Rose (No- I am not a part of the furniture, but I am not far off!). Over the years, I’ve seen how important strong systems, and a supportive team are to delivering excellent client service, and I’m proud to play a part in making that happen every day.

Outside of work, I’m all about chasing the sunshine.  I adore travelling to new places.  I also spend quality time with family and friends — ideally with a crisp cold drink in my hand at the local pub!
