Richard Farnworth

I am a founder and director of Farnworth Rose Solicitors. I qualified as a solicitor in 1981.  After many years gaining experience, I spent 17 years as senior partner at my previous firm. Eventually, I decided to take the leap and establish Farnworth Rose, a journey that has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

My expertise lies in commercial property law. I work closely with a diverse range of clients, from large companies to small businesses, providing advice on buying and selling commercial property, as well as negotiating and managing commercial leases. I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate the complexities of commercial property transactions with clarity.

Beyond the office, I am a keen golfer.  There’s nothing like spending a day on the course to unwind and recharge. I’m also known around the office for stirring up a bit of mischief. Keeping everyone laughing is just as important to me as the legal work we do (a joke a day keeps the doctor away- forget the apples). I also enjoy spending time with family at our local pub and going on holiday.
