Emma Moore

I’m the Director of Residential Conveyancing here at Farnworth Rose. My role involves overseeing all areas of compliance within the department, as well as managing our internal systems, processes, and of course- our fantastic conveyancing team! I also focus on business development, working closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and developers up and down the country. 

I’ve been a Residential Conveyancer at Farnworth Rose for over 8 years and was incredibly proud to be named Conveyancer of the Year at the British Conveyancing Awards in 2021. I hold a First Class Law Degree (LLB Hons in Legal Practice) and I am a qualified Chartered Legal Executive.

When I am not here, directing all things Residential, I love spending time with my family. I head outdoors whenever I can, I am a sucker for a sunrise despite the early starts! Most importantly, I enjoy travelling to warmer climates… the sunshine and a fresh tan are always a bonus (I definitely do not go just for the break!).
