Beth Wilson

I am the System Developer and Technical Support Assistant here at Farnworth Rose. From reporting and data analysis to implementing internal processes and troubleshooting tech issues, I’m involved in just about anything that helps the firm operate more efficiently. I also train new (and current) staff, suggest plan and action system improvements, and generally try to make everyone's working lives that little bit easier — professionally, of course (although a sweet treat does go a long way). 

Before joining Farnworth Rose, I spent several years in hospitality management — quite the career change, I also gained a 2:1 Batchelors Degree whilst working full time. My life experience has provided me with me a solid foundation in team leadership, adaptability, work ethic and communication — all of which I bring into this role every day (as well as my sense of humour). 

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym or out exploring — I’ve set myself the challenge of completing all the Lake District’s Wainwrights (Yes- all 214 of them, my poor little legs are not happy). I also love spending summer at concerts and festivals. When winter rolls in, there’s nothing better than curling up with a hot chocolate and a good book (although I must admit I do pretend I am reading whilst I am secretly napping behind the pages).
