Rebecca Openshaw

I’m a Paralegal in the Family Law Team, where I assist our solicitors with a variety of matters, including divorce, financial arrangements, and issues involving children. My role involves working closely with clients and third parties to keep cases progressing — and, most importantly, to ensure our clients feel supported throughout the duration of their case.

I graduated from the University of Liverpool in the summer of 2020 with a 2:1 LLB Law Degree. Since then, I’ve worked in Family Law and haven’t looked back! Over the past five years, I’ve developed a real passion for this area and take pride in helping clients through what can often be an incredibly challenging time. I’ve also developed a strong interest in emerging technologies and enjoy exploring ways to bring innovation into how we work as a firm.

Outside of work, I love gardening and going for long walks. I also enjoy painting — getting creative with a paintbrush is a great way to unwind, even if my artwork isn’t quite gallery-ready just yet!
