Jessica Wearden

I’m a Trainee Conveyancer here in the Residential Conveyancing Team. I handle a small caseload of my own and work closely with two other Conveyancers, helping to keep all kinds of residential property transactions moving smoothly.

I’ve been working in conveyancing for the past five years, after joining Farnworth Rose as a Junior Administrator straight out of college in 2020. Since then, I’ve gained experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. I recently qualified as a Conveyancing Technician after completing my Level 4 Diploma. Next stop: the Level 6 Diploma and becoming a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer!

When I’m not talking titles and transfers, you’ll find me cheering on Burnley FC (yes, I’m a proud season ticket holder), out adventuring with my dog Susan, buried in a good book, or planning my next adventure with family and friends.
