Emma-Louise Drabble

I am a Conveyancer in the Residential Conveyancing Team at Farnworth Rose. I specialise in a range of property transactions—including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. I also deal with Park Home transactions, which is a unique area of conveyancing which I really enjoy working in. I help clients navigate the legal process by reviewing, advising on, and drafting all the necessary documents to ensure they are happy with the service provided on their transaction.

I’ve been in the legal industry since 2019 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive with CILEX in September 2023. I also hold a 2:1 Master of Laws degree from the University of Central Lancashire.

A fun fact about me is that I love to travel—Jamaica has my heart! I also spend some of my free time attending music festivals and concerts—it’s my way to relax, soak up new experiences, and re-live my youth (if I make it past 7pm, that is!).
