Employment

Steve Gee is a solicitor at Farnworth Rose with significant experience in all aspects of HR and employment law matters, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of the employer/employee relationship.

Steve qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and acts on behalf of both employers and employees on a wide range of legal issues including Employment Tribunal claims,  unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancies, long term sickness absence, settlement agreements and rights of employees.

Having worked in the manufacturing industry up to Board level, prior to becoming a solicitor, Steve has an extensive understanding of the day to day issues faced by both employers and employees and the operation of HR and employment law in the workplace.
